The General Santos Doctors’ Medical School Foundation, Inc. (GSDMSFI) held an Orientation on the Code of Decorum and Procedural Rules on the Committee on Decorum and Investigation (CODI) for Sexual Harassment and Inappropriate Behavior Cases on September 29, 2025.
The activity aimed to raise awareness among faculty members on institutional policies and proper procedures in handling cases on sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior, reinforcing GSDMSFI’s commitment to fostering a safe, respectful, and professional academic environment.
Atty. Jhun Miranda, OSA Director, emphasized the importance of keeping GSDMSFI safe for the students as well as for the employees. The orientation also emphasized the importance of accountability and integrity in the workplace as part of upholding the institution’s core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence, Accountability, Commitment, and Humility (I-TEACH).
