The Pharmacy's Pledge
BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN PHARMACY
The Pharmacy Department aims to produce graduates who can:
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of concepts and principles to focus on patient-centered pharmacy practice;
- Use problem-solving skills to prevent or resolve problems within the practice of Pharmacy;
- Demonstrate effective skills in providing pharmaceutical care and patient counseling;
- Design pharmaceutical care services program with integration of innovative business/ entrepreneurial strategies;
- Effectively utilize information and communication technology and demonstrate the ability to retrieve and analyze data to assist in drug information provision, patient care, and safety;
- Design scientific papers on research that lead to the development of drugs for prevention, diagnosis, mitigation, and treatment of disease of man;
- Practice the profession consistent with ethical, legal, social, and economic standard based on the Philippine Pharmacy Practice Standard; and
- Contribute to the overall social, mental, emotional, and physical health of the individual community and the country.
